- Experience building production-grade software applications.

- Experience with AI coding assistants for generation, testing, and documentation.
- Experience with agentic development workflows and AI-powered tools.
- Experience creating and maintaining reusable AI assets.
- Knowledge of validation techniques for AI-assisted development.
- Ability to critically evaluate and test AI-generated outputs.
- Strong communication and technical collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Use AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor in daily workflows.
- Design and implement modern web applications across frontend and backend.
- Develop and maintain reusable prompts, workflows, and agent instructions.
- Validate and review AI-generated code for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design.
- Implement automated testing and quality assurance practices.
- Establish guardrails for agentic software development.
- Mentor engineers on responsible use of AI.
