Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Sales experience, preferably in industrial water treatment, water systems, technical equipment, or a related B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to sell technical products and services to industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and/or laboratory customers.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, account development, and the full sales cycle.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate technical information related to process water and high-purity water systems.
- Proven success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare proposals and deliver presentations.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and closing skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships in industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and laboratory markets.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities for industrial process water and high-purity water systems, including MODI and PEDI trailers.
- Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend appropriate products and services based on technical requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective and current clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through contract close.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to achieve profitable sales.
- Collaborate with internal technical, operations, and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets.
