Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience.
- Expertise in PHP and Laravel frameworks.
- Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience with frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.js or AngularJS.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency with REST and SOAP web services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Expertise in MySQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or DynamoDB).
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Hands-on development experience with PHP, Laravel, and DevOps, actively identifying and addressing technical challenges.
- Analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with the frontend team to understand UI requirements, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal web functionality.
- Generate ideas for new programs, products, or features by staying updated with industry developments and trends.
- Develop high-quality, reusable code and conduct UI tests to optimize performance.
