Requirements
- Strong practical software engineering experience.
- Experience building SaaS products with APIs, data models, and auth.
- Deep comfort with integrations (OAuth2, webhooks, rate limits, data sync).
- Familiarity with backend and frontend engineering.
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools effectively.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs.
- Relevant degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience with MCP-style tool interfaces or agent frameworks (nice to have).
- Familiarity with React, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, or PostgreSQL (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Build core platform foundations including workflows, permissions, and multi-tenant structures.
- Develop scalable data models, APIs, and internal product surfaces.
- Design and implement integration layers connecting business tools and external APIs.
- Build MCP-compatible tool interfaces and support agentic workflows.
- Create real-time analytics dashboards with live metrics and reporting surfaces.
- Set up engineering hygiene including testing, observability, and deployment readiness.
