Requirements

- Hands-on experience in data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience in creating data visualizations.
- Exposure to working with large datasets within the context of public policy or social services.
- Proficiency with R.
- Familiarity with AWS GovCloud.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and deliver impactful data analyses to child welfare system leaders.
- Prepare written reports, decks, and documentation with actionable recommendations.
- Conduct literature reviews and exploratory data analysis.
- Transform complex datasets into analyzable formats using R and Python.
- Write transparent and maintainable code using Git.
- Apply statistical techniques to analyze large datasets.
- Develop and present data visualizations.
- Maintain technical and administrative support for research projects.
