Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with strong backend and frontend development exposure
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and Django REST framework
- Proficiency in Angular for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces
- Strong understanding of authentication/authorization systems including OAuth 2.0 and OIDC
- Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and collaborative development workflows
- Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization concepts
- Understanding of cloud platforms and distributed system concepts (OpenShift or similar environments preferred)
- Strong grasp of OOP principles, SOLID design principles, and scalable system design
- Experience building enterprise-grade, well-tested, and maintainable applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership discussions
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python and Django REST while building responsive frontend applications using Angular
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical approaches, and deliver well-structured features aligned with business goals
- Write clean, efficient, testable, and scalable code following best practices in software engineering and SOLID principles
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0 / OIDC and secure data handling practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery cycles
- Contribute to system design discussions, architecture decisions, and estimation of technical work
- Support CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and deployment workflows in cloud/containerized environments
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal engineering communities to raise overall technical standards
