Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, transformation, or enterprise improvement roles.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in business case development, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience collaborating closely with IT teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute enterprise-wide business transformation strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead the development of robust business cases, including financial modeling and ROI analysis.
- Oversee and mentor a team of Business Process Analysts.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between business units and IT.
- Establish and promote best practices for operational excellence.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure initiative adoption.
- Monitor performance and provide executive-level reporting on value delivery.
