Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Expertise in budgeting, financial modeling, and forecasting.
- Experience managing multi-country VAT and financial operations in the EU.
- Hands-on experience with payment systems like Stripe.
- Proven ability to create investor-ready financial reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, balance sheets, and revenue recognition.
- High level of ownership and ability to build processes from scratch.
- English language proficiency at C1+ level.
Responsibilities
- Own and refine company financial planning and revenue forecasting.
- Manage budgeting processes and align with company OKRs.
- Oversee QuickBooks accounting, bookkeeping, and financial closing.
- Manage VAT compliance across EU markets and tax optimization.
- Prepare investor-ready reports on revenue, margins, and cash flow.
- Support fundraising processes with financial data.
- Establish financial setup for B2B contracts, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Optimize banking infrastructure and legal/financial entity setup.
