Requirements
- 5-10+ or 10-12 years of full-stack development experience.
- React.js expertise (building reusable components, responsive layouts, optimised performance).
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with state management (Redux or Context API).
- Expert level Node.js & Express.js.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud (deployment, automation, CI/CD).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and containerisation.
- Strong understanding of system design and scalable architectures.
- GraphQL experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js) features.
- Work closely with the CEO/Product Owner to translate requirements into functional, scalable solutions.
- Optimise application for maximum speed and performance across devices.
- Ensure high-quality code, automated testing, and adherence to modern development best practices.
- Contribute to technical architecture & decision-making as the team grows.
- Work hand-in-hand with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive interfaces.
- Lead and mentor developers as the team expands.
