- Practice of detecting and eliminating Race conditions and Deadlocks
- Performance tuning and collecting application metrics
- Experience with network / file data streams
- Experience in the design and construction of distributed systems
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, key-value storages and message brokers
- Knowledge of data storage structures and algorithms
