Requirements
- At least 12 months experience conducting quality review of background investigations for DHS
- Must currently work on the DHS contract
- Must possess and maintain a current favorably adjudicated T5 or T5R background investigation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet usage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of background investigations
- Including reports and attachments
- To ensure adherence to DHS and CACI requirements
- Provide guidance to CFIs and CITs on investigation requirements
- Maintain quality and production standards
- Identify and communicate error trends to team members and management
- Collaborate with QA mentors and managers to develop training and guidance to improve investigations.
