Requirements
- 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- 3+ years in a senior/director-level role.
- Demonstrated experience scaling supply chain infrastructure from ~$20M to $50M+ in revenue.
- Expertise in demand planning and inventory optimization for hundreds of SKUs.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon FBA operations, IPI management, and shipment planning.
- Experience in international and domestic vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Proven experience with ERP or inventory management system implementation.
- Background in managing or coordinating with manufacturing and production operations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing teams.
- Proficiency in supply chain analytics and financial budget/P&L management.
Responsibilities
- Own demand planning and inventory strategy across all channels and SKUs.
- Consolidate and manage procurement for raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing teams.
- Oversee inbound freight and multi-channel fulfillment including Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
- Lead ERP evaluation, selection, and implementation.
- Manage the full supply chain budget and cost reduction initiatives.
- Direct, lead, and develop the logistics team and perform talent assessments.
