Requirements

- College students or recent graduates preferred
- Background in linguistics, humanities, journalism, or technical disciplines preferred
- Experience with transcription, annotation, or research workflows preferred
Responsibilities
- Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in English (US)
- Develop and document evaluation standards including rubrics and grading guidelines
- Conduct AI model testing and grading
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance
- Support benchmarking and quality assurance to maintain consistency
- Collaborate with project leads to resolve ambiguities and improve task design
