Requirements
- 2+ years outbound phone sales (BPO/collections counts)
- Fluent English (C1/C2) (will be tested)
- Laptop/desktop (8 GB RAM)
- USB headset
- Backup power/hotspot
- Reliable 50 Mbps up / 50 Mbps down internet (speed test required)
Responsibilities
- Dial 200+ qualified prospects daily using our auto-dialer
- Book 3-5 appointments per shift (20-30 per week)
- Follow a proven script and update CRM only for booked calls
- Join a daily 30-minute Zoom huddle for coaching and leaderboard updates
- Consistently hit KPIs: contact ratio, conversion %, and quality scores
