Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in an agile environment
- Experience in data-intensive apps in a scientific/biological context
- Strong experience with Python 3.9+ and cloud-based application development
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- BigQuery experience
- Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices
- Understanding of cloud services (GCP)
- Ownership mindset, proactive approach, strong communication skills
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack features using Python (FastAPI) and React
- Design and build integrations for large-scale data workflows
- Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud infrastructure (GCP)
- Contribute to early prototyping and architecture discussions
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and data/API assumptions
