Requirements
- 8+ years senior UX experience
- At least 3 years leading platform consolidation or brand-consolidation work end-to-end
- Portfolio includes regulated-industry product design (healthcare, financial services, benefits, retirement, insurance, or similar)
- Strong on both UX strategy and visual execution
- Experienced with RBAC and multi-persona product design
- Comfortable working from existing brand guidelines
- Strong design-system thinking and Figma component-library fluency
- Mobile + web parity experience (iOS, Android, and responsive web)
Responsibilities
- Information architecture and navigation design across web + mobile (iOS + Android)
- RBAC permission model translated into navigation, content surfacing, and interaction patterns per user role
- Design system anchored on the new corporate website brand
- Unified visual language that fuses health and retirement product lines
- Wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs ready for engineering handoff
- Dev-handoff specs including Figma component library, design tokens, and redlines
