- Proven track record handling both external PR and internal/employee communications.
- Success placing high-tier business and trade media stories.
- Experience managing large-scale corporate events and building executive profiles.
- Deep understanding of energy market dynamics, sustainability trends, and regulatory landscape.
- Experience managing a team and cross-functional budgets.
- Ability to influence and advise senior executives.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and editing skills.
Responsibilities
- Build a comprehensive comms strategy aligned with company goals.
- Build and leverage deep relationships with energy, tech, and business media.
- Design and execute an internal communications strategy.
- Drive the editorial roadmap for executive voices and thought leadership assets.
- Oversee corporate social media channels.
- Lead strategy and execution for major corporate events and speaking engagements.
- Select and manage external PR and creative agencies.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Product teams to align messaging.
