Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in Growth, MarTech, or Product
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Proven experience shipping an AI agent, automation, or AI-native workflow currently in production
- Experience running rigorous A/B testing programs
- Knowledge of statistical significance, ICE prioritization, and test design
- Proficiency with prompt engineering and AI agent frameworks like n8n or Zapier AI
- Experience with MCP ecosystem
- Analytics fluency with product behavior data (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and marketing performance data (e.g., GA4, HubSpot)
- Strong communication skills to speak 'API' and 'Architecture' fluently with engineers
Responsibilities
- Architect AI-Native Workflows and Growth Infrastructure
- Identify high-leverage interventions for AI automation
- Build custom agent architectures and complex data pipelines
- Manage marketing data architecture, attribution, and analytics
- Drive experimentation velocity using AI detection and signal-triggered deployment
- Scale successful experiments into 'AI Enablement in a Box' toolkits
- Collaborate with Engineering on growth experiments for AI-native product surfaces
- Manage and consolidate the AI and MarTech tool stack
