Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or senior leadership role
- Strong experience in full stack development using TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python/FastAPI
- Solid understanding of frontend and backend architecture and system design
- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Proven ability to deliver products end-to-end from concept to production
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to estimate, plan, and execute technical projects effectively
- Growth mindset with ability to quickly learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable full stack applications
- Build and maintain end-to-end features using modern frontend and backend technologies
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate ideas into production-ready solutions
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and maintainability across applications
- Contribute to technical decision-making and architectural direction for key initiatives
- Mentor and support engineers, helping elevate technical quality across the team
- Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Drive projects from concept to production with strong ownership and accountability
