Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or eLearning development.
- Experience designing self-directed digital learning programs for technical audiences.
- Familiarity with IT concepts and AWS cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar authoring tools.
- Strong written communication, editing, and content development skills.
- Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technology, or related field.
- Experience using AI tools in content development workflows.
- Familiarity with graphic design or visual content tools.
- Instructional design certifications are considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging technical learning experiences including eLearning modules, curriculum pathways, and self-directed programs.
- Collaborate with SMEs and technical teams to translate complex technical content into structured, learner-friendly materials.
- Develop and maintain technical curriculum assets focused on IT, AWS, and cloud technologies.
- Create interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
- Ensure instructional quality, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with adult learning principles.
- Incorporate multimedia, visuals, and interactive elements to enhance engagement.
- Review, update, and improve existing materials based on feedback.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to support content creation and optimization.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Work effectively with distributed, remote teams.
