Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the promotional products industry, SaaS, sales, marketing, or a community-facing role.
- Strong understanding of relationship-driven sales or community engagement approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm and authentic style.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage outreach and pipeline activity.
- Social media fluency, with confidence engaging on LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other digital communities.
- Ability to curate and share relevant content tailored to audience needs and context.
- Strong interpersonal skills with high empathy, patience, and relationship-building capability.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment with strong ownership and initiative.
- Curiosity and interest in the promotional products or B2B SaaS ecosystem is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with AI tools or automation in workflow optimization is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with distributor prospects across the promotional products industry.
- Engage consistently in online and offline communities (social platforms, forums, events, and industry gatherings) to represent the brand authentically.
- Manage structured outreach and relationship tracking using CRM tools such as HubSpot, ensuring personalized and timely follow-ups.
- Share relevant content, insights, and resources that add value to prospects at different stages of awareness and consideration.
- Identify buying signals and readiness indicators, and transition qualified, warm relationships to the Account Executive team.
- Capture insights from community interactions and feedback to inform broader marketing and content strategies.
- Maintain active social listening to identify opportunities for engagement and timely outreach.
- Support event participation and industry presence to strengthen visibility and brand connection within the market.
