Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proven experience in performance advertising, programmatic bidding, or conversion optimization.
- Domain expertise in MTA, LTA, and incrementality testing.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Flink, and Kafka.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Technical familiarity with Mobile App (IDFA/GAID) and CTV (IFA) specs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Knowledge of OpenRTB protocol and DSP/SSP mechanics.
- Experience with production-grade ML frameworks for CTR/CVR prediction.
- Strong system-level performance benchmarking skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy real-time bidding algorithms and pacing controls.
- Implement scalable streaming and batch data pipelines for conversion tracking.
- Advance performance capabilities across Mobile, CTV, and Desktop.
- Build privacy-aware attribution mechanisms (SKAdNetwork, Android Privacy Sandbox).
- Integrate cross-device graph and identity frameworks like UID2 and LiveRamp.
- Audit data ingestion points for architectural flaws and systemic latencies.
- Develop high-performance, memory-efficient code for backend systems.
