Requirements
- 3–5 years in Developer Advocacy, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Evangelism
- Experience in the game industry preferred
- Proficiency in game development engines (Unity, Unreal)
- Strong knowledge of backend APIs and payment systems
- Experience delivering hands-on technical training, demos, and workshops
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Comfort in public speaking and presenting technical content
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel for partner visits, conferences, and training events
- Fluent in Korean or Japanese preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on developer sessions, integration walkthroughs, and partner workshops.
- Provide technical guidance for both custom integration scenarios and self-service implementations.
- Support partners in solving integration challenges quickly and effectively.
- Develop technical resources, including integration guides, tutorials, sample code, and API usage examples.
- Produce recorded video walk throughs, technical webinars, and training sessions.
- Deliver lighthouse integration cases and package them as reusable templates.
- Represent Xsolla at industry events, conferences, and meetups.
- Conduct technical presentations and live coding sessions.
- Relay developer feedback on integration processes and tools to internal teams.
- Track engagement and quality of integrations supported.
