Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar).
- Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) and excellent English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols.
- Proficiency with Chrome DevTools for debugging script execution and performance issues.
- Prior experience with Ad Tech platforms like Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, Header Bidding, or SDK integrations is highly preferred.
- Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to complete a TestDome assessment during the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers.
- Serve as the trusted technical partner for Brazilian customers, leading technical calls fluently in Portuguese.
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation of proprietary tools like PubGuru and Advanced Ads.
- Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations for customer websites and apps.
- Partner with internal teams to evaluate customer setups and recommend revenue-maximizing configurations.
- Translate complex ad-tech concepts into clear value propositions for non-technical clients.
- Act as a bridge between global clients and internal product/engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
