Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within EOR, PEO, HRO, or multinational environments.
- Fluent Turkish and English language proficiency.
- Strong expertise in Turkish labor laws with exposure to employment regulations across MEA countries.
- Experience supporting complex employee relations, terminations, and operational escalations across multiple countries.
- Experience managing vendors and cross-functional partnerships across regional markets.
- Proficiency with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Slack, and Zoom.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and terminations across Turkey and MEA markets.
- Support clients and employees with HR operations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and workforce-related queries across the MEA region.
- Act as the primary SME for Turkish labor laws, employment regulations, payroll practices.
- Manage sensitive employee relations matters, investigations, and terminations across Turkey and MEA markets.
- Support work permits, visa processes, mobility cases, and immigration documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll providers, legal advisors, immigration vendors, and external partners.
- Support PIPs, promotions, salary changes, and compensation-related processes.
- Drive automation, process improvement, and AI adoption initiatives within HR Operations.
