- Assertive, diplomatic communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Ops leaders on strategic objectives
- Anticipate HR needs and propose solutions
- Manage internal mobility and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Provide career coaching and promotion support
- Design and implement talent development and succession plans
- Advise managers on performance management and feedback processes
- Mediate conflicts and promote an inclusive work environment
- Ensure HR compliance with labor regulations
