Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle projects including integrations with enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture, integration patterns, and scalable cloud design
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management
- Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and Heroku
- Exposure to AI-driven architectures including Agentforce
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application and System Architect)
- Strong communication skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
- 15 years of full-time education or equivalent academic background
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise Salesforce solutions
- Translate complex business requirements into technical designs for reporting, dashboards, and analytics
- Work on end-to-end implementation projects including integrations with SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Define and enforce best practices for data architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment standards
- Develop and optimize data models, dataflows, and analytics components
- Collaborate with AI and cloud teams to integrate solutions across AWS, Azure, and Heroku
- Provide technical leadership in Apex, Lightning components, and Visualforce development
