Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified.
- Strong English proficiency (B2–C2 level) for understanding guidelines and documentation.
- Experience or interest in AI-related tasks such as data annotation, evaluation, QA, or machine learning workflows (preferred).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to linguistic accuracy and nuance.
- Ability to follow structured instructions and maintain consistency across evaluations.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, task-based freelance environment.
- Previous exposure to AI tools, language models, or speech-based systems is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured voice-based conversations with AI systems using predefined prompts and scenarios.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses based on accuracy, relevance, clarity, fluency, and overall conversational quality.
- Provide consistent, objective ratings and qualitative feedback according to project guidelines.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or unclear outputs and document findings for model improvement.
- Ensure tasks are completed within established quality standards and productivity expectations.
- Support ongoing dataset and model refinement efforts through accurate annotation and evaluation.
