Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or CISSP certification is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in software or application development using technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, PHP, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery workflows.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, pre-sales, consulting, or technical advisory.
  • Solid understanding of application security principles, including vulnerability management, code analysis, and penetration testing concepts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in project management or technical consulting is an advantage.
  • Adaptable mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and security tools.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, supporting prospects and customers throughout the sales and solution evaluation process.
  • Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-value sessions, and solution presentations in meetings, conferences, and virtual environments.
  • Manage and coordinate all technical requirements during the sales cycle, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
  • Respond to RFPs with detailed technical and functional input, clearly articulating solution value and architecture.
  • Translate customer requirements into structured technical solutions and collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings.
  • Communicate customer feedback and technical insights to product management to influence future enhancements and roadmap decisions.
  • Support solution design and implementation guidance based on customer-specific technical environments and requirements.
