Requirements
- Extensive experience building and operating enterprise-scale distributed systems
- Deep expertise in at least one modern programming language and ecosystem
- Strong hands-on experience with TDD and automated testing practices
- Solid understanding and practical application of agile methodologies
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and complex environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in consultative settings
- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and cloud/container platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong collaborative mindset and continuous learning attitude
Responsibilities
- Work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to define system requirements and design scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives
- Build, test, and deliver high-quality backend services using agile engineering practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and pair programming
- Take ownership of infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and system reliability, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes
- Provide production support for services in scope, applying a “you build it, you run it” mindset to ensure operational excellence
- Advocate for agile engineering principles within client environments and contribute to improving delivery practices
- Mentor and support team members and client engineers, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
