Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent advanced qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in key account management, strategic sales, or enterprise relationship management.
- Proven ability to manage senior-level stakeholders and complex B2B relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in portfolio management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, including coaching and performance management.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain senior and C-suite level relationships with strategic accounts and partners.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within key accounts to drive growth.
- Design and execute portfolio and account strategies in collaboration with internal business units.
- Build and manage long-term contractual agreements while optimizing pricing and value delivery.
- Understand client strategic priorities and design tailored value-added programs for each account.
- Lead, coach, and manage teams responsible for account execution and performance delivery.
- Ensure operational excellence, budget alignment, and achievement of strategic business targets.
