Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, HCI, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in front-end development, UI/UX engineering, or mobile application development.
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, AWS Amplify, and GraphQL APIs.
- Hands-on experience with React Native and/or Flutter for mobile application development.
- Proficiency with UI/UX tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (including Section 508), and cross-platform development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, AWS Amplify, and GraphQL APIs.
- Build and optimize mobile applications using React Native and/or Flutter, with a focus on offline-first functionality.
- Translate wireframes, mockups, and user requirements into clean, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and backend engineers.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI assets, and documentation using Figma and Adobe XD.
