Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
- Proven experience in VMware-to-AWS or large-scale migrations.
- 4+ years of experience with Terraform and CloudFormation.
- 4+ years of experience in configuration management and systems engineering.
- Solid Linux and/or Windows administration background.
- Deep understanding of core AWS services (VPC, IAM, EKS, RDS, etc.).
- Experience with Docker and production Kubernetes environments.
- Proficiency in Git and CI/CD automation practices.
- Experience with AWS Landing Zone and multi-account governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation for VMware to AWS migrations.
- Architect secure and highly available AWS Landing Zones.
- Design and implement containerized platforms using Amazon EKS.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Define security, high availability, disaster recovery, and monitoring strategies.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and operational automation.
- Modernize legacy infrastructure to cloud-native architectures.
- Provide L3-level technical support for infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate on technical strategy and mentor junior engineers.
