Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, computer vision, or ML engineering.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience developing and deploying computer vision models in production.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in CNNs, Vision Transformers, and feature extraction.
- Experience working with large-scale image datasets.
- Understanding of model performance tradeoffs (precision, recall, false positive rates).
- Ability to build reliable training and inference pipelines.
- Experience improving model performance in adversarial, noisy, or imbalanced datasets.
Responsibilities
- Build, train, and optimize computer vision models for image classification, face liveness detection, and anti-spoofing.
- Improve model performance on noisy, adversarial inputs such as spoofed images and deepfakes.
- Design and run experiments using augmentation, class balancing, and architecture tuning.
- Design and train deep learning models including loss function and hyperparameter optimization.
- Prepare and curate large, noisy datasets including cleaning and dataset QA.
- Develop evaluation protocols balancing fraud detection effectiveness and business impact.
- Develop production-grade training and inference pipelines on AWS.
- Productionize models as resilient Python services and collaborate on API optimization.
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Platform teams on compliance and reliability.
- Research emerging techniques in liveness detection and adversarial machine learning.
