Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
- Very good knowledge of Python and SQL
- Practical experience with machine learning, scikit-learn, and Git
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML models (MLOps)
- Independence, proactivity, strong analytical thinking, and clear communication skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Experience with Airflow, Bash, Terraform, CI/CD
- Knowledge of unit testing, or A/B testing
- Knowledge of cloud environments and pipeline orchestration
Responsibilities
- Developing, deploying, and productionizing AI/ML solutions, including cloud deployment (Azure / GCP, Snowflake)
- Delivering models end to end, including MLOps aspects such as monitoring, automation, and maintenance
- Solving advanced predictive, optimization, and recommendation problems using modern Machine Learning methods
- Building solutions based on Causal AI and developing tools leveraging LLM engines
- Creating scalable, high-performance ML systems that support key business decisions
- Designing tools and solutions together with the Product Owner and teams of Data Scientists and Analysts
