  • Ability to identify and describe issues.

  • Ability to work proactively and function in a self-directed manner.
  • Associates Degree or higher in a tech-related field.

Responsibilities

  • Triage priority and route work tickets via web-based ticketing system, phone, or live chat.
  • Actively learn and maintain the internal Knowledge Base.
  • Write and maintain product documentation, FAQs, and support materials.
  • Replicate, describe, and prioritize simple bugs and product issues.
  • Represent the company positively and develop customer goodwill.
  • Maintain clear and complete records in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with Support and Engineering teams on complex customer issues.
