Requirements
- 0-2 years in a fast-paced, externally facing technical support role.
- Ability to identify and describe issues.
- Great prioritization and multitasking skills.

- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work proactively and function in a self-directed manner.
- Associates Degree or higher in a tech-related field.
Responsibilities
- Triage priority and route work tickets via web-based ticketing system, phone, or live chat.
- Actively learn and maintain the internal Knowledge Base.
- Write and maintain product documentation, FAQs, and support materials.
- Replicate, describe, and prioritize simple bugs and product issues.
- Represent the company positively and develop customer goodwill.
- Maintain clear and complete records in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with Support and Engineering teams on complex customer issues.
