- 5+ years of experience in the IT field.
- 2+ years of experience with Power BI reports.
- 2+ years of experience with SQL Database development.
- 2+ years of experience with Azure.
- 2+ years of experience as a Power Apps/SharePoint developer.
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support the Digital Integration Services Portal (SharePoint application).
- Collaborate with internal and external dealers, vendors, and business partners.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and duplication elimination.
- Provide self-service, real-time data solutions to dealers and internal partners.
- Manage individual work assignments and coordinate efforts with team members.
- Solve complex problems by determining best courses of action within departmental guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for process and quality improvements.
