Requirements
- Active Secret clearance.
- Demonstration of capability via approved industry certification per DoD 8140 (e.g., A+ or Network+).
- 5 years experience with BS/BA, 3 years with MS/MA, 1 year with PhD, 9 years without degree, or 7 years with AS/AA.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Glue, Airflow, Spark, Kafka, DBT.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Redshift, RDS, S3, Athena.
- Familiarity with data cataloging (Glue Catalog), Tableau, and QuickSight.
Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise data management leadership for MODES III.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and access controls.
- Design canonical data models, enterprise data dictionaries, and ETL mappings.
- Lead data quality and lineage programs including profiling and validation.
- Oversee ingestion and ETL strategy including PII/CUI masking and retention.
- Deploy and manage data catalog tools to document provenance.
- Ensure compliance with RMF/ATO and DISA STIGs.
- Integrate with analytics and AI/ML workflows for model training.
