Requirements
- 8+ years of Java backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Solid experience with Kafka, Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and distributed systems.
- Good understanding of multi-threading, JVM, and performance tuning.
- Experience building high-concurrency, high-availability, and low-latency systems.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and service integration.
- Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Linux is a plus.
- Background in finance, ad tech, or data platforms is preferred.
- AI/LLM integration experience is a strong plus.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin are required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems with strong performance and reliability.
- Build distributed services and real-time processing solutions for high-concurrency scenarios.
- Optimize system performance across multi-threading, databases, caching, and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical design and solution delivery.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
- Support API and platform integrations across internal and external systems.
- Explore and apply new technologies, including AI/LLM-related solutions.
