Requirements
- Strong PHP expertise, including working knowledge of older PHP versions
- Advanced MySQL experience
- Cluster / high-availability database deployment experience
- Proficiency with JavaScript
- Experience building secure, fault-tolerant backend systems
- Comfortable in a remote, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using PHP.
- Work effectively across projects that may include older PHP versions and complex legacy systems.
- Build and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures with MySQL.
- Implement and troubleshoot clustering, replication, and high-availability database scenarios.
- Contribute to frontend features using JavaScript where applicable.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and engineers to build responsive interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural planning.
