Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS software development.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert-level proficiency in a backend language.
- Willingness to work with PHP and Go.
- Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with event-driven service oriented architectures and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful web APIs.
- Strong experience in writing unit tests and integration tests (e.g., jest).
- Experience working in a Cloud environment (AWS preferred).
- English language level C1.
Responsibilities
- Manage integrations with key partners (Online Travel Agencies).
- Govern technical maturity for the domain.
- Architect and design technical solutions in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team members through pairing.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
- Break down complex projects into manageable tasks with the Engineering Manager.
- Identify and manage technical debt to ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Review pull requests and ensure high code quality.
