Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of Clinical Research industry experience
- Phase I Project Management experience

- Persuasion and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple clients and their associated projects, fostering relationships with assigned clientele
- Confirm project scope with clients and operational teams to ensure adherence to contractual scope, timelines, and budget
- Engage assigned team and functional managers to prioritize work and control project scope and cost
- Foster communication by conducting frequent project meetings from inception to closeout
- Create and maintain project-related documentation including RFIs, budgets, meeting minutes, and risk lists
- Implement change management to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Update databases for project status tracking and financial reporting
- Host client visits and conduct facility tours
