Requirements
- Systems thinking background with knowledge of machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python or Rust.
- Understanding of state machines, retries, idempotency, and serialization.
- Ability to work with raw output of machine learning models.
- Experience in debugging complex agent loops.
- Focus on the 'last mile' of agent reliability.
Responsibilities
- Architecting loops that survive error accumulation.
- Building verification layers that force the agent to recognize hallucinations and self-correct.
- Implementing systems where the agent compiles its own constraints.
- Enforcing constraints via constrained decoding or external execution.
- Optimizing KV-cache hit rates.
- Designing restorable compression strategies to prevent attention decay.
