Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related IT fields.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Test Analyst.
- Experience with functional and non-functional testing approaches.
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools.
- Experience with test automation scripting for web and API testing.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe).
- Experience with BDD practices.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and ability to write SQL/T-SQL/PLSQL queries.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and API systems, ensuring coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and maintain test strategies, test plans, defect reports, and quality documentation to support delivery governance.
- Identify, log, and track bugs while ensuring clear communication of risks, issues, and progress to stakeholders.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and refinement sessions.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve testability, processes, and overall software quality.
- Define regression and progressive testing scenarios, ensuring consistent validation across releases.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing knowledge and promoting quality culture within the team.
