Requirements

- Experience in onboarding, activation, and development of clients or partners.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and commercial management platforms.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen strategic partner relationships, ensuring engagement, retention, and business generation.
- Lead onboarding and enablement of new partners, ensuring activation and alignment with commercial strategies.
- Support partners in negotiations, presentations, and joint business development initiatives.
- Manage a portfolio of partners, identifying growth opportunities, upsell potential, and revenue expansion.
- Track and analyze performance indicators, engagement metrics, and opportunity generation, proposing corrective and growth actions.
- Design and execute relationship programs, training sessions, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives to drive demand.
- Identify market opportunities and support the creation of new partnership channels and revenue streams.
