Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage executive relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience balancing strategic account ownership with hands-on involvement in delivery execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Growth, Delivery, and Solutions teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to frame complex problems into clear, outcome-driven narratives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end client relationships across a defined portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Translate client needs into clear business problems and ensure engagements are aligned with measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and drive account expansion opportunities in collaboration with Growth and Solutions teams.
  • Monitor delivery health, proactively identifying risks and engagement issues.
  • Maintain active involvement in delivery activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and client reviews.
  • Facilitate executive-level discussions between client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless client experiences.
