Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in client-facing roles involving account management, delivery ownership, or consulting engagement leadership.
- Strong background in technology, data, AI, or digital transformation consulting environments.
- Proven ability to manage executive relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience balancing strategic account ownership with hands-on involvement in delivery execution.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Growth, Delivery, and Solutions teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to frame complex problems into clear, outcome-driven narratives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end client relationships across a defined portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Translate client needs into clear business problems and ensure engagements are aligned with measurable outcomes.
- Identify and drive account expansion opportunities in collaboration with Growth and Solutions teams.
- Monitor delivery health, proactively identifying risks and engagement issues.
- Maintain active involvement in delivery activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and client reviews.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions between client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless client experiences.
