Requirements
- Exceptional written communication, editing, and typing proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Must be located in the USA.
- Undergraduate degree preferred (Associate or Bachelor’s).
- Ability to work 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
- Reliable computer (Windows 10+ or macOS Catalina or newer).
- High-speed internet.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to exercise objective judgment in accordance with model guidelines.
- Proven ability to articulate ideas and complex feedback clearly and concisely in writing.
- High-level attention to detail.
- Excellent reading comprehension skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and correct responses relating to business content and terminology.
- Apply critical thought to ensure accuracy and quality of AI responses.
- Review, score, and improve AI-generated responses.
- Evaluate prompts and responses across a wide range of topics.
- Perform QA checks on other annotators’ work and provide feedback.
- Suggest improvements using natural language.
