Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with RPA development
- Hands-on experience with UiPath or Power Automate platforms
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (.NET, Python, Java, C#, VBA, VBScript)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to convert business processes into automation solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and implement RPA-based automation solutions
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using tools such as UiPath or Power Automate
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical automation solutions
- Support end-to-end delivery of automation projects
- Use C#, Python, or Java to build and enhance automation components
- Participate in testing, debugging, and optimization of scripts
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
