Requirements

- Proven experience building community across platforms like Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, blogs, or events.
- Ability to create high-quality content independently.
- Strong, clear, and direct communication skills.
- Empathetic, inclusive, and learner-focused mindset.
- Experience contributing to or building on open source projects (bonus).
- Experience with embedded analytics, BI tooling, or the modern data stack (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Create practical tutorials, clear explanations, and demos grounded in real use cases.
- Act as an editor and curator for internal and external technical content.
- Produce video content such as screencasts and explainers.
- Build and maintain demo projects and sample workflows.
- Execute plans to nurture the developer community through events and digital channels.
- Represent Metabase at events and conferences as a credible practitioner.
- Synthesize and share community feedback with engineering and product teams.
