Requirements

- Product-oriented mindset focused on user impact.
- Experience with SaaS products in agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Ship user-facing features in core domains with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Work hands-on with mobile stack (Flutter, Dart) and extend into backend/web systems.
- Develop software using API-first design, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Instrument features to observe user behavior and refine products.
- Transition toward AI-supported workflows for end-to-end solution ownership.
- Own features from technical decisions to rollout and iteration.
